Stephen A. Silver, CPA
  Stephen A Silver CPA, PC has been in public accounting since 1983. He specializes in tax planning for small closely held business and high wealth individuals, and uses his many years of experience in public accounting as well as industry for planning and developing financial accounting and tax strategies to help his clients achieve their goals. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Mass. Society of CPAs. Stephen holds a bachelor degree from Boston University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley College Graduate School of Accounting. Stephen established this firm in 1990 with the motto that:

Chizuko (Jessica) Naka Silver, CPA
Chizuko (Jessica) Naka Silver, CPA has been in public accounting since 1988.  She grew up in Japan and came to Boston in 1977. She has a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College and a Master of Science in Accounting/MBA dual degree from Northeastern University.  After working for Ernst Young, she joined Stephen's CPA firm.  She is one of a very few Japanese speaking CPAs in the Greater Boston area.  Her clients include the US subsidiaries of corporations listed on the Japanese Stock Exchange as well as small businesses owned by local Japanese entrepreneurs.  She is an officer of some organizations and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Mass. Society of CPAs.
